White fleshed, oblong-long tubers with a russet skin. Medium-high specific gravity and excellent processing qualities. Good yield, Ivory Russet tends to produce a lower tuber number per plant than Russet Burbank.
Ivory Russet emerges quickly to produce medium height, early maturing plants. The best quality will be reached on fertile soil types and irrigation is recommended.
Resistant to Golden Nematodes (PCN) and good resistance to Common Scab.
Ivory Russet is suitable for early processing and also stores well. It is rather early maturing, vine killing should not give problems.
