Canberra is a new medium-late maturing variety with an attractive red skin, and medium dry matter content. Canberra's delicious flavour distinguishes it from traditional red potatoes that generally offer more color than flavour.
Attractive round-oval to oval tubers with a vibrant sunrise red skin, and light yellow flesh. Canberra has a long dormancy and stores well.
Canberra is resistant to Potato Cyst Nematodes, and has a good resistance to Common Scab.
